Bikendra has an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Asian Institute of Technology, where he scored first position in the graduating class. He did his B.Com (Hons) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. He is also an Australian HR Institute's Certified Practitioner of HR . He has also completed a year programme on business research with high distinction from the University of Western Australia (UWA).
