Sugarika KC is a social entrepreneur, media professional, trainer, change catalyst, and women and youth empowerment activist known for confidence and communication. Her 15+ of diverse experience in media, activism, communication, program moderation, event management, training and development, and creative solutions with national and international private, public, and government institutions in sectors like media, health, education, governance, development, diplomacy, insurance, finance, IT, FMCG, tourism, and energy extends her introduction further from winner of the title - Miss Nepal 2005.

Sugarika currently serves as a member of the board to Muktinath Krishi Company, Cancer Care Nepal, and One Heart International. Former goodwill ambassador of Nepal Cancer Care Society, WWF-Nepal, World Peace Federation, CGNM, UCAAN.
She is also a chartered trainer at Staff College, Personnel Training Academy, Local Development Training Institute, Management Association of Nepal, and Nepal Management Academy.
